Booked a room with a king-size bed and enjoyed the included breakfast, which was a nice surprise; the location was great, conveniently close to Mexico, the airport, and downtown attractions.

I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was beautiful and clean. I was upgraded to a brand-new and big size room with king bed. The property was in a marvellous location really close to Chihuahua, downtown attractions and very early morning flight out. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Presa Chuviscar.

We loved the clean and modern room with a great shower. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with secure parking and a 24-hour cafe. The free transportation service to nearby attractions exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. The staff was exceptional, accommodating, and welcoming.

Everything was fantastic.

The a double room we were given had central heating, pay TV and a dining area. The staff was very nice and delivered excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide array of food options. Everything was simply excellent.

Our stay at Hotel Don Ruben was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including driving us to the airport and even helping us order food when our Spanish wasn't great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were impressed with how helpful the staff was. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good choice of affordable food for meals.

The location was favourable for me as it was very close to the airport. It also was to historic district. They provided a wide range of AMAZING choices for breakfast that was included.

The hotel staff was accommodating and went out of their way to help us with a ride to the airport. The room had a great modern bathroom and comfortable beds. We loved that they had 24-hour water and coffee service. The hotel's location was spot-on, it was really convenient for us to get to all the places we wanted to go.

Our stay was marred by the excessive noise levels that persisted throughout the day and night. The walls were too thin and we could hear the TV from the neighbouring room, making it virtually impossible to get a good sleep.
